Easter Saturday Dinner:
Soup:
Old Polish sour rye soup cooked on smoked meat with potatoes and white sausage.
Main course:
Half of a duck roasted in oranges and honey, served with Silesian dumplings, red cabbage and spicy sauce.
Dessert:
Meringue and nut cake.
Easter Sunday Dinner:
Soup: White borscht with dried boletes and pearl barley.
Main course:
Mullet fillet rolled with leek and carrots, served with mashed potatoes and celery, stewed spinach, roasted tomatoes and dill sauce.
Dessert: Chocolate fondant with vanilla sauce and ice cream.
Easter Monday dinner:
Soup: Horseradish cream with egg and smoked sausage.
Main course: Pork tenderloin marinated in wild garlic and mustard, served with mashed potatoes with shallots, vegetable ratatouille and gravy
Dessert: Peach cheesecake with raspberry sauce and mint.
