During holiday events at MCC Mazurkas Conference Centre & Hotel****, we offer traditional Christmas Eve dishes and unique live cooking stations, including a snowy bao bar with buns filled with hoisin duck and potato pancakes with duck thigh rillette and fried red cabbage.
We also offer drinks that will brighten up any winter gathering: warming fruit punch, traditional dried fruit compote, or original mulled "snow beer" with mini marshmallows. For those with a sweet tooth, we offer desserts in two varieties: modern, such as gift-shaped single-portion desserts with gingerbread marshmallow and plum gel, and traditional, such as cheesecake, poppy seed cake, and gingerbread.
