MEATing 2025 Congress and the premiere edition of MEATing Technic at MCC Mazurkas Conference Centre & Hotel****
On June 3-4, 2025, the prestigious MEATing 2025 Congress and the premiere edition of MEATing Technic took place at the MCC Mazurkas Conference Centre & Hotel****. The Congress, which has become a permanent fixture in the meat industry calendar, organized by the monthly Rzeźnik Polski, gathered over 500 participants – representatives of nearly 100 processing plants, retail chains, technology companies, state institutions and industry organizations of the Polish meat sector.
Filled with substantive lectures, panel discussions, workshops and innovative networking sessions, the event provided a platform for exchanging experiences, building relationships and presenting modern solutions for the meat industry.
This is yet another edition of the Congress, which took place in Ożarów Mazowiecki. The event always attracts crowds of meat industry specialists, fully utilizing the event potential of the 35 conference rooms available at MCC Mazurkas Conference Centre & Hotel****.
Organizing a multi-day congress, especially one that combines a conference-training and trade fair format with an evening banquet, is always a major logistical challenge. It is preceded by many conversations with the organizer, detailed arrangements and exchange of correspondence to ensure that every detail is taken care of down to the last detail. Having a dozen or so minutes to rearrange the room, there can be no doubts or understatements. – says Katarzyna Kwiek-Badowska, Manager of the Conference and Banquet Department at MCC Mazurkas Conference Centre & Hotel****.
In the case of such events, we also deal with the complex nature of catering services that require great precision. We are talking here about the parallel provision of appropriately planned in time and space coffee breaks and lunches for all participants, with a menu that takes into account various dietary options and dietary preferences of participants, but also about services for smaller groups, in other spaces or directly at specific fair stands. Our Team, and especially the coordinator dedicated to this event, constantly ensure that each participant can focus on the substantive part of the event, feeling comfortable and comprehensively taken care of. – adds Katarzyna Kwiek-Badowska.
The MEATing 2025 Congress is just one example of the variety of events that can be successfully held at MCC Mazurkas Conference Centre & Hotel**** – from small-scale training sessions, through fairs, exhibitions, galas and integration events. It is worth mentioning that this year alone, the Home Fair, several thematic integration events, family special events and cultural events were also held.
