New summer insert in George Sand!
Summer has arrived at the George Sand Restaurant and with it a completely new, seasonal insert composed by our chefs, the Budnik brothers. Limited time offer!
Starring: chanterelles and broad beans, or the taste of summer in its most delicious form:
- avocado and watermelon tartare with marinated shrimp, mint sauce and micro salad
- chanterelles fried in wine-butter emulsion with garlic toast
- roasted pepper and tomato cold soup with fennel salsa
- braised pork cheeks in thyme sauce with cauliflower purée, caramelized young carrots, chanterelles and broad beans
- gnocchi in butter emulsion with sage, young broad beans and chanterelles
- strawberry mousse with yogurt cream and crunchy hazelnut crumble
