Starting June 3, 2026, George Sand Restaurant will offer a new, seasonal menu, designed for lovers of light, aromatic cuisine.
These compositions are inspired by summer produce and Mediterranean accents, available for a limited time only.
Among the seasonal offers you will find:
- Smoked goose breast with arugula, blackberry jelly, and marinated chanterelles,
- Saffron and lemon soup with mussels and fresh coriander,
- Grilled lamb souvlaki with mint labneh, served on flatbreads with a grilled red pepper and eggplant salad,
- Grilled tiger prawns on linguine pasta with a white wine, lemon, and chili sauce,
- Blueberry crème brûlée with real vanilla and cardamom.
This is a great opportunity to discover new flavors during a family dinner, a meeting with friends or a romantic dinner.
