Mieliśmy przyjemność świętować nasze wesele w Hotelu Mazurkas. Pierwotnie planowaliśmy organizację imprezy w Sali Bolero, ale w związku z rosnącą liczbą gości (finalnie 180 osób) hotel udostępnił nam dodatkowo trzy mniejsze przylegające salki. Organizacja po stronie hotelu przebiegała bez zarzutu, specjalista ds. wesel – p. Agata Duma, była dla nas dostępna w każdej sprawie, a tuż przed weselem niemalże mieszkała w hotelu, żeby dopiąć dla nas wszystko na ostatni guzik. W dniu wesela okazało się, że zaangażowanie ze strony hotelu było jeszcze większe – obsługa była dokładnie poinformowana o planie naszej imprezy, każdy znał swoją rolę i był nam w stanie szybko pomóc.

Jedzenie było bardzo smaczne, delikatna kaczka serwowana na pierwszy obiad była strzałem w dziesiątkę! Nie zawiodło hotelowe oświetlenie, elementy dekoracji, specjalnie dla nas ustawiony parkiet.

Bardzo pomogło nam doświadczenie Mazurkasa w organizowaniu dużych imprez – hotel był w stanie odpowiedzieć na wszystkie nasze prośby i zrealizować niecodzienne pomysły (ścianka ze zdjęciami, strefa chill-out, projektor w sali balowej, miejsce na fotobudkę, salkę dla dzieci, dyspenser na nalewki …).

Swój stres mogliśmy oddać w ręce profesjonalistów :) DZIĘKUJEMY!

Everything was amazing: the service, the lovely food, the beautiful wedding cake, and the halls. We had a lot of fun, and as far as I know our guests enjoyed it even more. The party left everyone really impressed. Once again, thanks a lot, especially for your hassle-free approach to organisation. You saved me a lot of stress! It was great! I’d like to thank you very much for preparing yesterday’s party. Everything was perfect, from the organisation to the actual event. Big thanks to the head chef, and above all kudos to the waiting staff: they were professional, kind and helpful. The wedding cake was amazing, one of the best I’ve had. Thanks once again!

We’re slowly recovering now! However, we’d like to thank you already at this point:

• for the professional service (especially in the contacts between you and me),
• for responding to all my questions and requests,
• for enabling us to organise our wedding as we wanted it, without imposing anything or persuading us to do anything. Your questions sometimes seemed totally weird to us (for instance that about the stage for the band, whether it was supposed to be 40 or 60 cm high :D), but we felt all the way that it was our night and that you’d do everything exactly as we requested and as we dreamt.
• for your openness and the possibility of organising impossible things,
• for attention to every single detail (for instance the high chairs for kids, I didn’t even think that we could ask for them),
• for the kids’ room which was very popular during the event, and for the possibility of setting up the room with a record player,
• for the visuals displayed on the screens next to the rooms: the day before, when we arrived to practice our dance, we felt very nice.
• for our beautiful cake! It wouldn’t have succeeded had it not been for you Ladies! A big hand for the pâtissiers, too!
• for simply being there and looking after the whole thing as much as you could.

Please give our thanks to the maters of ceremony, to the chefs and waiting staff (Marcin thanked them personally in the early morning too) and to the whole staff in general. It was so nice to receive the wishes and the words of support even from the cleaners or the reception staff.

When I sat at our table for a few minutes during the party and I looked at the amazingly prepared hall and at the dance floor full of guests having fun, I breathed a sigh of relief and felt happy that we’d chosen Mazurkas.

We’d seen many halls, but the decision to choose Mazurkas wasn’t based on the first impressions and the nice hall, but on the whole range of the company’s activities. Our decision was influenced by the fact that you support some social initiatives and NGO actions from time to time, that the hotel is owned by Polish people, and that it’s a Polish company. In your case, “Polish” doesn’t mean poor, kitschy, unfashionable and rough, as one could describe many wedding venues.

Our guests are very happy with their stay at the hotel. They’ve praised not only the service and the standard, but also the food. Neither my family nor Marcin’s family visit such places often. Many people initially complained that the wedding was held near Warsaw, because we’re not from there, but during the event they approached us with congratulations, because they’d realised why ;-)
